At MemoriaLife, we are committed to transparency and fairness. Creating a digital legacy is a custom, resource-intensive process involving specialized engineering and computational power. This policy outlines when and how refunds are processed to balance customer satisfaction with the operational costs of AI development.
To initiate any service, a Booking Fee of ₹650 (approx. $25 USD) is required.
- Cancellation before data upload.
- Cancellation during the initial processing phase (partial).
- Technical failure on MemoriaLife's end that prevents delivery.

- Completed, delivered AI models.
- Dissatisfaction with "personality nuances" after approving the demo preview.
- Hardware (Projectors) once shipped.

If you do not submit the required data (photos, audio samples) within 30 days of booking:
We strive to meet all delivery estimates (e.g., 7-10 days for Voice). However, high demand or complexity may cause delays.
Once an AI model is finalized, making changes requires significant computational retraining.
You have the right to cancel your service and request data deletion at any time ("Right to be Forgotten").
