2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the sole purpose of creating and maintaining your digital legacy:

• To generate and render the AI Persona (Voice and/or Visual).
• To train specific, isolated neural network models ("The Model") based on your unique data.
• To provide customer support and process transactions.
• To verify legal consent and next-of-kin authorization.

3. AI Model Training & Integrity

Your trust is our currency. We adhere to strict ethical guidelines regarding AI training:

• Isolated Instances: Your data is used exclusively to train your specific model. It is never aggregated into a public dataset or used to improve general-purpose foundational models (e.g., GPT, Claude) without your explicit, written "Opt-In" consent.
• Non-Transferable: The voice and personality models created are non-transferable. They cannot be exported for use in third-party applications, ensuring they cannot be used for deepfakes or unauthorized content generation.
• Frozen State: Unless updated by you, the AI model is "frozen" at the time of creation to preserve the authenticity of the persona.

4. Data Storage & Security

We employ military-grade security measures to protect your digital legacy:

• Encryption: All data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Data in transit is protected via TLS 1.3 protocols.
• The Vault: Sensitive biometric data is stored in isolated "Vaults" with strict access controls. Only authorized engineers have temporary access during the creation phase.
• Access Keys: Post-creation, access to the AI Persona is controlled entirely by cryptographic keys held by the Account Owner and designated Beneficiaries.

5. Data Retention

We retain your Personal Information and Biometric Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

• Active Subscriptions: Data is retained indefinitely as long as the subscription (hosting fee) is active.
• Lapsed Subscriptions: If a subscription lapses, we provide a 90-day grace period. After this period, the data is moved to "Cold Storage" for 1 year before permanent deletion.
• Upon Request: You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time (Right to Erasure).
